It’s unfortunate that this doesn’t have sound because it leaves the viewer to come to their own conclusions. I assume that most people watching this are feeling sorry for the guy getting beat up. But what if this guy did something horrible to a woman, child, or elderly person, for example. I’m not so sure viewers would be feeling sorry for him if that was the case. One of the negative impacts of the internet is the ability to expose millions of people to something without all of the supporting information.
It is illegal to record sound without people’s knowledge, video without sound is legal. Regardless of this suspect’s alleged crime, it is very wrong for cops to beat him.
If More People Would Stand Up For Themselves this Crap Would Stop, I Had This Done To Me While In Handcuffs, It Was Over A Traffic Stop, Which Was Dismissed In Court Later, I Promised The Cop Who Assaulted Me Id See Him Later, I Caught Him At A Wal-Mart, Beat His Ass Till He Couldn’t Open His Eyes, His Wife Begged For Mercy, In Court I Won When He Pressed Charges, Stand Up For Yourself, If They Dont Have A Uniform On It’s Battery a Misdemeanor, If There IN Uniform It’s A FELONY.
