Do you think a law suit could be won against Foxnews in order to make them stop using the slogan “Fair & Balanced” in light of the overwhelming evidence that they are anything but?    Listen, people believe it’s fair and balanced without resorting to objective thinking and so it is by definition fair and balanced. Please, take your brain cells elsewhere.
