The New Yorker just published a very interesting article entitled, Tear Slap Crack, which is an insider’s view of the day to day operations of Netflix. From who stuffs the envelopes, to how they manage to get the disks to you so fast… Netflix is one of the top ten most prolific senders of first class mail currently in the U.S. Stuffing those envelopes sounds like a dreadful job!
