Jesus Christ Never Lived?

I always believed that Jesus was a real man who lived. Well as it turns out, that very well may not be the case. There is a ton of evidence that makes for a very compelling case that Jesus Christ is a myth. This is sure to shake the cage. Here’s more

you have the right to belive what you want, since God gave all his children free agency

Jesus is the Christ and lives

  2. JOEL says:

Of all the Topics and people in the world to slander, gossip and insult, why pick on Jesus? Are you really in the words of Jesus, the children of darkness (Satan)?

  3. Fenrik says:

The more we learn and uncover of history, the more it looks like the mythology of Jesus did not form around an actual historical figure. The Christian mythology was clearly syncretized from other pagan religions of the time.

Interesting link, thanks. There is also a great deal of information at Pagan Origins of the Christ Myth and Jesus Never Existed.

  4. Evan says:

ill bet those christians down there didnt even read the article. come on, we all need to wipe our minds, except that we know NOTHING, and learn to judge and make decisions based on evidence and reason.

i used to think jesus was real. i used to be christian. its all a scam. whitewashed egyptian myth. i believe in a higher power, i believe in magick (willed change), i would call myself pagan. thats what i have observed to be real. its what man has believe in and practiced for longer than anything on earth.

but christianity? the more i look into the actual historicity of it, its almost laughable how easily debunked it all is. i feel sorry for the believers. seriously, you owe it to yourself and your faith to research this. i mean i would want to know if my life as i knew it was a lie. why hold on to something that only makes you feel guilt and hate and superiority if it can be proven to be false? which today, it almost certainly can be.

use your logic, your reason. empty your mind and find the truth. its out there.

  5. Aditi says:

Read “More than a carpenter” to check the Bible’s historicity. Even if God could be foolish, “For the foolishness of God is wiser than man’s wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than man’s strength” Romans 1:5 and his ways are higher than ours and maybe we can’t understand his ways, or his decisions ever. But you are loved, very much.

  6. Aditi says:

    Just open your heart.

  7. Aditi says:

“As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts” Isaiah 55:9, maybe we can never understand this mystery of God, but the Bible has assertions to its truth.

I like the picture above by the way, its very inventive 🙂

wether you glorify Him and live for Him or not, the Lord is the reason of our lives. WHY ? bc we are alive. i dont care for the article i live with faith not by sight 2 Corinthians 5:7. Dont buy into the mess that say heaven is heaven bc God is there and hell is hell bc God is not. No sir hell is hell bc God is there. Hell is the pure wrath and justice of God. There are bad new and good news.. the good news is that God is coming and the bad news is that God is coming, its so beautiful, yet so terrifying; Depending on which side of the line your standing. Dont be bias by those ” Christians” who go to church on sundays, yet they live the rest of the week as enemies of God. Or the ” Christians” that are so ” righteous” yet they judge nonbelievers and believers and they practice hypocrisy. Turn away from men and turn to Christ. Seek the Lord. Seek Him so much He saves you and prove your salvation by walking with Him everyday and finishing the work He started in you. After all, we are all here because of Him.

  10. Jonathan Kidd says:

I’m sorry you all have been led by foolish studies. If you knew better, you would know that there is proof that Jesus did exist even outside God’s Word in secular writings. Most of which are recorded by Josephus, a first century writer who recorded historic events around the time of Christ. Even some which are in the Bible!

“Things that make ya go hmmmmmmm?”

  11. Jonathan Kidd says:

I can understand that it is hard for a some of you who do not know God, or rather, is not ‘known by God’ to understand how one can say, “Jesus is the reason my life….etc. etc” because you do not have faith, or at least the faith you have is trust in yourselves, which even you know does not work because of your life experiences.

The truth is, God, Jesus (God’s Son), the Holy Spirit, the Bible, Creation, the existence of matter, space, time, science, and everything else which exists can be proven by Reason, that its origin comes from God, and Jesus His Son. But I will not go there because many of you will deliberately choose not to believe this and I will be ‘feeding my pearls to the swine’.

To make Christianity clear is this: We are all sinners. Those who don’t believe, those who kinda believer, and those who do believe. Without God, there would be no hope for any of us… the lost, and we, ‘the chosen’. Folks, I did not choose to become a Christian but God chose me for, ‘There is no one who is good. Not even one.” and “There is NO ONE who seeks after God….all have turned their own way and become worthless” to God. Even I! But because God is completely just in condemning all of us because of rebellion, He too is completely love. If God would not have sent His Son to earth to die for us, ‘while we were still worthless, or sinners’ then God would be a liar in that He would call Himself Love.

So God, being complete in everything that he is, because he ‘is not a man that he would have to repent’ sent His Son, or, came Himself to be one of us to understand us because God could not understand us without becoming one of us, ‘was tempted in every way, yet without sin’ and died for the sinner, us. And who is us? Those who will be saved before the end. And I’m sorry that you will not be able to partake in it because of your ‘unbelief’. But Christ died for the Christian’s unbelief, otherwise, he would not have paid the full price. But you remain lost because you are not a ‘chosen race, or priesthood’. Or for now I suppose. Maybe God will prove us wrong and He will change your minds. I’m sorry!
