New York is mulling a ban that would levy a $100 fine for listening to an Ipod while crossing the street. The justification is the listener is unable to hear someone yell, watch out. Do they really think they have nothing better to do in Albany? How about fixing something that’s actually broken, like education, pollution, or just about 10,000 other things more pressing than this. Also, every one minute in New York City you’re in an intersection, are you supposed to take your head phones in and out every minute?
