What Is Waterboarding?

Waterboarding is a type of torture used by many countries where the subject is strapped to a board and water is poured on their face to simulate drowning. The subject panics and breaks without leaving a mark on them, it’s very efficient. Watch as an ex navy seal volunteers to demonstrate how it works. Now the question is, should the United States be conducting torture like this? I suppose it beats the hell out of drilling a hole through someone’s foot or starving them for months on end.
